The visiting group participated in a series of interactive sessions, immersing themselves in the expertise behind Prodrive’s Motorsport and Advanced Technology teams, along with discussions with some of the women in the Prodrive Group from a variety of commercial and technical roles.
This initiative celebrates the invaluable contributions of women within both companies, recognizing their impact in driving innovation and success. Representatives across all departments including Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales – came together for an empowering networking event. The event aimed to inspire greater inclusion and demonstrated the rewarding career opportunities available within the motorsport and engineering industries.
Prodrive and Alcon have worked together for many years, building a strong partnership in the motorsport industry. This event was an excellent opportunity for both companies to collaborate once again, reinforcing their shared values and commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
