Straight off the back of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where the Aston Martin Vantage GTE completed its first season in the top-flight FIA World Endurance Championship, the Vantage GT4 will make its international 24-hour race debut in the N24 – perhaps the world’s toughest long distance race.
The works AMR Performance Centre will run a two-car entry in the SP8T class for close-to-production cars, featuring an all-star driver line-up that includes three-time Le Mans class winner Darren Turner, Aston Martin High Performance test driver Chris Goodwin, who join Christian Gebhardt in the #36. Meanwhile AMR Junior driver and W-Series championship leader Jamie Chadwick and former ELMS champion Alex Brundle team-up with N24 veteran Peter Cate in all British line-up in the #37 GT4.
A further two Vantage GT4s will be run by the Nürburgring-based Aston Martin Racing partner team PROsport Performance in the SP10 class. Christoph Breuer, Kay van Berlo, Alexander Mies and Mike David Ortmann will drive the #68. Meanwhile in the #76 will be Jörg Viebahn, Nicolaj Moller-Madsen and Jonas Lappaleinen.
