Alcon has been confirmed as a Citroen Racing Official Partner (click here for details of other Official Partners.) Citroen Racing's Technical Director, Xavier Mestelan-Pinon, praised the relationship with Alcon and the quality of the brake packages supplied to his organisation:
“The partnership between Citroën and Alcon is rich with victories and titles. Our collaboration started with the Xsara WRC and has not stopped since 1998, including the C4 WRC and the new DS3 WRC. Together we have won six World Championship Manufacturer’s crowns and the last seven Driver’s crowns with Sebastien Loeb. Alcon and Citroën share the same philosophy of work based on seriousness and professionalism, constantly enriched by focused technical exchange between our two companies. But foremost, we have chosen Alcon systems for their efficiency: as to go as quickly as possible, everybody knows that you must be able to rely on your brakes." |

Alcon is now an Official Partner to Citroen Racing, with the long and successful partnership between the two companies being celebrated by Citroen Racing's Technical Director.
At the 2012 Autosport International Engineering show, Alcon launched its ultimate performance CCX carbon ceramic brake kit for the Nissan GT-R.
