This is a high precision, high speed of response environment where flexibility and initiative are valued. JOB TITLE:  CNC Setter / Operator (Machine Shop Department)

CNC Setter/Operators with 2-5 year’s experience with any of the following or similar equipment:

-         Milling Capability

    o    5 axis Hermle C20U and Mikron UCP600 Vario with Heidenhain control

    o    3 axis Mori-Seki, MH40 + SH400 with Fanuc control

    o    Hitachi-Seki VS50 with Seicos Control

    o    Doosan DNM500 with Fanuc Control

    o    Cincinnatti Arrow with Acramatic Control

    o    Cincinnatti Dart and Sabre machines with Fanuc Control

          Turning Capablity

    o    Hitachi-Seki Hi Cell Mill-Turn machines with Seicos Control

    o    Doosan Puma P2600 with Fanuc Control

    o    Mori Seiki, Suga and Feeler lathes with Fanuc Control
